The credit removal is tied to your blog URL, so please specify the theme as well as the URL when making the payment. For users who have purchased the commercial license in the past and made a change to their URL, please email us with your receipt number as well as your previous blog URL.

To customize your theme beyond what the customization panel offers, please contact us with the following details: current theme in use, list of customizations in detail, time frame, blog URL that will be customized, and screenshots or mockups. Once we receive the information above, we'll return you with the timeline and price estimation.
